Your happiness is important to us! If you are unhappy with your product purchases, please contact us at info@karitribble.com within 14 days of receiving your item. You are not required to send the item back to us, but we may ask you to send us pictures of the item(s) so we can send it to our manufacturer for reporting.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All courses and intuitive readings are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
